eHow Earnings Challenge – Free Work at Home Jobs That Pay
October 1st, 2009The start of every month is exciting when you start building streams of passive income. Before life gets in the way there is so much potential, so many possibilities. Each month I set small goals for myself. Increasing my ehow earnings has not been something that I have been focusing on lately.
During November, this is going to change.
Lately, I have been reading a few blogs that have truly motivated me to start writing for eHow again. These writers challenged themselves to write a certain number of articles, within a set period of time, and have really enjoyed decent earnings since completing their challenges. The cool thing is that they will continue to earn this passive income each and every month for as long as eHow stays in business (or changes their TOS).
Of all of the free work at home jobs available, ehow is perhaps the easiest one to actually make money. Sure you can make some money on Adsense or Clickbank. The problem with these sites is that you have to reach certain thresholds before you ever receive a dime. With Adsense you have to earn at least $100. With Clickbank you have to sell products to at least 5 different customers, who all use different credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, etc). It can literally take years to reach either of these thresholds. With eHow, you only need to earn $10 and you will receive your money via Paypal. Pretty easy stuff!
As such, I have decided to challenge myself a bit. I am going to write 30 articles in November. What’s that? I hear a few of you laughing. Writing $30 is only part of the challenge. The hard part is that I am going to write 30 articles that make at least $30 during the month of November. I want to prove that articles written for well researched long-tail keyword phrases can earn money from the first month, without having to wait 6 months for your articles to age.
Recently, I purchased Micro Niche Finder, which helps make this a lot more achievable. Instead of wasting hours trying to find decent keywords, only to find out that I underestimated the competition, I can now complete my research in about 10 minutes. This time savings should help me complete this challenge much more efficiently.
How many articles have you written for eHow? Are you achieving your passive income goals? Free work at home jobs are not all scams. What other places do you write articles for?
